Richview Residence

Richview Residence, owned and operated by the Richview Baptist Foundation, provides high quality affordable housing and related services that enrich and vitalize the lives of seniors, their families and our community as a whole. Richview is located in the western portion of the City of Toronto (formerly Central Etobicoke) and benefits from its proximity to all essential services and amenities.

Richview Residence is comprised of two apartment buildings, the “Kipling and Clement Buildings” designed especially for older, independent-living adults. Both buildings are linked together and located within a mature and desirable neighbourhood. Surrounded by quiet residential streets, parks and schools, Richview offers a unique combination of serenity and activity. Other features of the facility include an on-site beauty salon, video surveillance security, laundry room and parking facilities. As well, residents have access to several large lounges, activity rooms and garden patios.

Parks, shopping centers, churches and medical clinics are within a short distance of Richview. The Bloor subway line and downtown Toronto can be easily accessed via the TTC. For residents with cars, Highways 401 and 427 are also easily accessible.
