Richview Baptist Church

As our sponsoring agency, Richview Baptist Church continues to be an important partner in the operation of Richview Residence. We are appreciative of their volunteer contributions to our Board of Directors and to many programming initiatives. We are privileged to partner with Richview Baptist Church in a Seniors’ Ministries initiative through our shared Pastor to Seniors, Dr. Ebenezer Sikahane.

Richview Residents’ Association

This energetic group of resident members works tirelessly to provide volunteer services, programming, facilities and care within Richview Residence. Under the direction of their Executive Committee, this group has hosted weekly games nights, special event celebrations, monthly entertainment and video nights. They provide support to residents and staff in countless ways. Their outreach to local school communities and various charitable projects increases the Richview reputation throughout Etobicoke.

Richview Residence Supportive Housing Corporation

The Richview Residence Supportive Housing Corporation (RRSHC) operates twenty four hours a day providing essential support services to eligible residents within the Richview facility. They provide care to many residents as they age “here at home.”

Compass Group Canada

Through partnership with Compass Group Canada, the Katimavik Dining Program provides quality food service and a pleasant environment in which to enjoy their meals. Our residents also continue to support the program by utilizing the service and contributing to the ongoing Katimavik fundraising campaign.

Ontario Non-Profit Housing Association

An important link to the broader Non-Profit Housing field is the Ontario Non-Profit Housing Association (ONPHA). As members of ONPHA, we rely on this organization for management support, education and lobbying in matters related to the viability of social housing in Ontario.

Housing Connections

Applicants, who require Rent-Geared-to-Income (RGI) Assistance to live at Richview Residence, must apply directly through Housing Connections. Contact may be made with Housing Connections through their website, www.housingconnections.ca, or by phone, (416) 981-6111. It should be noted that new Richview applications for RGI assistance are only available to those applying for the Kipling Building
