Residence

Richview Residence is a non-profit, independent living facility providing housing to eligible individuals who are fifty-nine (59) years of age and older. It is comprised of two apartment buildings, the Clement Building and the Kipling Building. Both buildings are linked together, and are located within a mature and desirable neighborhood in the City of Toronto. Surrounded by quiet residential streets, parks, and schools, Richview offers a unique combination of serenity and activity.

Other features of the buildings include an on-site beauty salon, video surveillance security system, laundry room, and limited parking facilities. As well, residents have access to several large lounge areas, activity rooms, and garden patios.
